Source code for DISCERN is available in an attached file discern.py. It can either be used as a python module by importing it and using functions get_DISCERN and get_all_DISCERN or as a script that will load two files and output a list of DISCERN scores corresponding to them. Software (Academic Use Only) discern.py depends on recent versions NumPy, Pandas and scikit-learn being installed. |
